Typically, engagements consist of twelve, weekly one-hour session held either over Zoom or by phone.

Coaching packages are usually twelve weeks long because studies show it takes at least three months for new habits to stick. With that said, we are happy to discuss the pros and cons of a shorter engagement and often work with clients or sponsoring firms to structure custom packages to fit their needs.

Yes. Everything we discuss in our sessions and any notes created or written materials shared during the engagement shall remain confidential in accordance with the guidelines outlined by the International Coaching Federation.

If someone else is paying for your coaching sessions, you are the Client and they are the Sponsor. Everything discussed during our sessions will remain confidential between the Coach and the Client. Before we begin the engagement, we will discuss what (if any) information about the engagement will be shared with the Sponsor.

Yes. All of our programs can be structured to ensure that they qualify for CLE credit and the vast majority of our offerings also qualify for the more specific mental health, substance use, and/or well-being CLE requirements that many states have enacted in recent years.

Yes. All clients may record our programs and post them for on-demand viewing within their organization for up to one year after the date the presentation is delivered at no extra charge. Sharing the recording outside of your organization is prohibited.

Yes. Presentations delivered in-person may be webcast to additional offices at no extra charge.

Yes! Almost all our programming is also applicable to staff and other non-practicing legal professionals.
